I’m Josh O’Rourke, the owner of Elite Edge Builders LLC, and I’ve spent more than 25 years
building, renovating, and transforming spaces throughout Colorado. My career started at a
young age working alongside my dad in his masonry business, laying brick and learning the
value of craftsmanship, precision, and hard work. Those early years in the masonry trade
shaped the foundation of who I am as a builder.

As my skills grew, so did my passion for construction. I expanded beyond masonry into full scale
residential and commercial renovations—taking on everything from framing and structural work to
finish carpentry and custom details. Over the years, I’ve held roles ranging from hands on tradesman
to superintendent overseeing large scale commercial projects. That experience gave me a deep
understanding of how to manage complex builds, coordinate teams, and deliver high quality results on time.

Today, I run Elite Edge Builders LLC, where we specialize in both large and small home renovation projects, including kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, basement finishing, home additions, custom carpentry and finish work. We also provide commercial renovation services, ranging from bars and restaurants, to multi-unit condo projects. No matter the scale, every project is approached with the same commitment to detail, communication, and craftsmanship that has defined my entire career.
